Our Mission Statement The initial business of this corporation is to demonstrate fundamentals of Dairy Herd Improvement to members of the corporation through summary and analysis of data collected on the dairies of said members and encourage all dairymen in the State of Arizona to utilize methods shown to be of value in increasing efficiency of their dairy operations. What We Do Formed 40 years ago, Arizona Dairy Herd Improvement Association (AZDHIA) united local county DHIAs under one nationally-certified roof. AZDHIA is a non-profit cooperative made up of member dairies who use our services. We provide information to those members which helps them manage the health and productivity of their herds. This information comes from various analyses performed in our Milk Components and Microbiology Labs on samples collected by our Field Services. Our website will offer an outline of our services, along with current, relevant information about our business and industry. AZDHIA.com will also be another way to get in contact with us. Moreover, in the future, we plan to establish means for our members to communicate with each other and their suppliers in a group setting, through message boards. We are excited by the idea of creating a communication network for dairies and related businesses. Join us and help make the Internet work for the modern dairyman! Who We Are AZDHIA's Board of Directors is comprised of dairy owners from among our members elected to 5 year terms by our members. Elections are held each Spring. Currently, these are our Board Members:
